The board of directors meets monthly to conduct official business. Meetings are typically the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM and are open to all Porter Place homeowners. In the event the board of directors will not have a quorum, a meeting will be canceled and may be rescheduled.

The time, date and location of a meeting will be posted on a sign near the entrance.
